Completed in early 2025, this adaptive reuse project transformed a former community service facility into the new headquarters for Lock & Key. The renovation included a complete interior office buildout, exterior improvements, updated building systems, custom finishes, and collaborative workspace design tailored to support a growing team. The result is a modern, professional office environment that blends functionality with thoughtful design. The project was part of the Thomas Redevelopment Project, a finalist for the 2026 RED Awards Redevelopment Project of the Year.
