Completed in 2023, this restoration and adaptive remodel revitalized a long-vacant mid-century commercial property originally designed by architect Al Beadle in 1970. The project transformed the structure into a modern commercial workspace while preserving its architectural character. Work included structural upgrades, a full interior build-out, site improvements, landscape enhancements, a permeable-paver parking installation, and updated wayfinding elements — repositioning the property as a design-forward commercial destination in Midtown Phoenix.
