Renovation Rewind is a third-generation family-owned and operated building company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Founded after World War II by experienced builder Brett Chamberlin, the company began constructing and providing fire and water damage restoration services to multifamily housing throughout northern California, Nevada, and Arizona, ultimately constructing and providing fire and water damage restoration services to more than 50 condominiums, apartments, and communities.

In 1989, Brett’s son Dave took the reins shifting the company’s focus from restoration to fee-based management for multifamily communities. Drawing on the company’s many decades of experience in construction and building, Dave lead the company in restoring and remodeling more than 15,000 apartments over the next three decades.
